Clamping: Simply, effective pneumatic clamping along two perpendicular sides. No special vacuum pumps required.
Blade: The heart of any mat board cutting machine is the quality and performance of the blade. Future blades are
meticulously produced from the finest steel and sharpened to a precisely controlled edge. Blades are inexpensive
and will cut up to 80 average openings. Blade changing is fast and simple. Blades can be changed at any time, even
during the cutting cycle without exiting the program.
Control Panel: Operating controls are located out of the way and in a convenient location on the left hand side
of the machine. Simple, user friendly controls operate cycle start/stop cutting speed and cutter head rotation.
Cutting Head: The machine is equipped with one 45 degree cutting head for the window cut (rectangular and circular)
as well as for trimming the mats outside edge. The knife head is fully adjustable for the thickness of the board and
depth or v-groove.
